With
a 12-year track record of producing UPS largest meetings, Jeff Peck Productions
was chosen to produce UPS’s 100th Celebration and
management meetings. Taking place over 3 days in late August 2007 at the
Washington State Convention and Trade Center, this complex meeting required
extensive planning with the client, JPInc. and a long list of suppliers
and vendors.
Two years in the planning and production process, the JPInc team rose
to the challenge and delivered a flawless event. This required coordinating
the main ballroom with two major, along with two outdoor events on opposite
sides of the city.
• Jeff Peck Productions produced
5 meetings and events over 2.5 days in Seattle, the city where UPS was
founded
• 5 Weeks of pre-show graphic
production at UPS main offices in Atlanta.
• The main ballroom productions
included two different sets and audience seating plan, reset overnight.
Stadium seating for 500 was constructed for the final evening program.
• HD production and playback.
16x9 format for PowerPoint graphics.
